I learn best when I’m on live calls - how do you manage global time-zones?

Yes, Australia isn’t the world’s best time-zone to be in when you have a global audience. I’ve handled this with previous memberships and courses by offering alternating times.

The best part is, you won’t miss out if you can’t make it live because your questions are answered, and the video/podcast recording are both time-stamped, so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient for you!

The monthly calls are held on Wednesday’s, alternating from 9am AEST one month, to 4pm AEST the following month.

I’ve taken other business marketing courses before. How is yours different?

This is a marketing program built specifically for corporate facilitators and trainers. Our workshops are such a under-utilised element of getting repeat business, and also expansion work. I’ve recorded 200+ episodes of the First Time Facilitator podcast, where in every episode, I’ve gathered the best ideas to supercharge your workshop experiences. While I’m a facilitator and business owner, I have a marketing background as well, and there’s a winning combination between crafting these unique experiences for your clients, and booking yourself out in the process.

If you have time to tune into podcasts weekly, you have time to learn on the go! I dislike having to sit down for 60mins to watch a video replay, too. Hi, I’m Leanne!

I help you land, design and deliver rave worthy workshops for clients that generate five star reviews and referrals on autopilot, so that you can focus less on landing your next client, and more on delivering your next sold out workshop.

On the back of my successful 200-episode First Time Facilitator podcast, in Feb 2019, I dropped out of corporate to start start my facilitation business.

I had a bit of luck with a few gigs, then realised my process wasn’t great because:

  • I was delivering only one workshop per client

  • I found it so hard to balance marketing with delivery

  • I was targeting the wrong person

  • I kept calling myself a facilitator (but my dream clients don’t wake up one day needing a “facilitator”)

I asked myself a new question: How can I start booking out more workshops, without having to reinvent the wheel every time, chase up potential clients, still be great at delivering, work with dream clients, (and and not be on the hamster wheel of having to post content on LinkedIn everyday)?

I started developing and refining my OWN unique system for booking out workshops

Since then I have:

  • Booked out my corporate dance card at a comfortable cadence (leaving me with options to add work IF it gives me joy)

  • Shared my strategies with fellow facilitators, who started seeing huge success and booking out, too.
